- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not experiencing anything the 1 star people did. Many times you do need to get your insurance to reimburse you, it's not just here. You also signed something saying you are aware you may encounter other problems due to the extraction procedure, other cracked teeth, etc, they can't control everything. Some extractions are easier than others. Anyway staff, very professional, and understanding. I did not deal with the receptionist everyone is complaining about, she may be gone now. Don't judge a book by its cover, the actual Drs and assistants here are just fine. Thank you oral surgery! I'm sure you rarely hear someone excited to get extractions, but I am happy as a clam.
